Who we are
OurConstitution.org.nz publishes gambling comparisons and explanatory guides for adults. Our tables use existing operator records. An entry, editorial score or example does not establish current NZ eligibility, a live offer or a successful payment test.
How to read our reviews
Compare the terms behind each headline and distinguish recorded information from a current operator rule. This content update did not perform new deposit or withdrawal tests. Existing scores have been retained; they are not recalculated measurements of payout speed, safety or game return.
| Area | What to verify |
|---|---|
| Withdrawals | Identity checks, pending period, approval, transfer time, limits and fees. |
| Bonuses | Offer currency, each deposit tier, wagering basis, maximum bet, excluded games and expiry. |
| Payments | The current cashier, NZD balance support and a usable withdrawal route. |
| Games and markets | The exact game version, paytable, configured RTP, stake limits or settlement rules. |
| Licensing | The legal entity, domain, regulator register and current New Zealand rules. |
| Account controls | Support, complaints, account security, limits and self-exclusion. |
Our NZ focus
Casino regulation is in transition, with the fully licensed regime expected in 2027. Sports and racing have separate rules: TAB NZ, including Betcha, is the permitted online provider for people in New Zealand. Refer to current DIA guidance and the exact operator before relying on an international listing.
Editorial evidence and corrections
Worked calculations are labelled illustrative. Operator examples identify information in our existing lineup and the conditions still to check. Page update dates describe editorial updates, not a new test of every operator. Send corrections with the relevant URL and dated source to editor@ourconstitution.org.nz.
Affiliate disclosure
We may earn commission when readers follow some operator links. Commercial links are marked sponsored in the page code. Consider the offer terms and available evidence alongside any editorial score.
Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a spending limit before you play, never chase losses, and take regular breaks. Check deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion controls before using a site.
